I became a photographer because of two goats fighting in a park.

I was a law student in Nigeria when a roadside photographer handed me his camera and let me look through the lens. The picture I took was two goats mid-fight, frozen in a moment that would have disappeared — felt like catching time.

I was made for this.

I went on to finish my law degree, practice as a legal professional, and build one of Nigeria's most recognised wedding photography brands. But the camera never left my hand.

Eventually, it became clear that the courtroom was not where I was supposed to be. VALEO was.

My work is rooted in faith. I believe that love, family, and celebration are sacred. Every wedding I photograph, I carry that belief with me. It shapes the way I show up, the care I bring, and the reverence I hold for every couple's story.

THE WORK

Over the past decade, I have photographed more than 300 weddings across Nigeria, Canada, and the United States. I have watched cultures meet at the altar and two families become one.

This work is not decorative. It is historical. The photographs I make for my couples are the record their grandchildren will hold.
